Well, with all I had going on yesterday, seemed food was the least of my problems. lol Hardly had time to eat. At the wedding, I didn't have cake at all...I had some brisket and some beans. That was it. Didn't have my usual evening snacks at home either, because I was too tired to eat when I got home. My weight this morning..I'm going to go with 224, though the scale did read as low as 223.8 at one point. 224 is big for me, because that was my weight when I first signed up here at Fat Secret, two years and at least two diets ago. lol

Luckily, I planned my meals for today before I had to leave for the wedding yesterday, so I'm prepared for a normal day today...oatmeal, sandwich on whole grain, and ending the day with fish and veggies. I'm still exhausted this morning (awakened much earlier than I would have liked) so I may give myself a day off of the elliptical...it's Sunday, and I've taken only one day off in the last 2.5 weeks. We'll see...after church I may have a burst of energy and decide to go ahead with it, but the way I feel at the moment I am skeptical I will ever see a burst of energy again. lol

Hectic days....sounds like you have a good handle on what you need to do for yourself. Good job on planning ahead.

Thanks...yeah, if I don't plan ahead, it's too easy for me to get sidetracked by the wrong choices. I try to put together a tentative menu each night for the next day...just finishing up tomorrow's now.
