My stomach is shrinking. LOL. It's not that I don't get hungry, because it growls and I am on a time schedule for two of my meals. When I do eat, I can't eat a lot because I get full. I think that's a good sign because I'm eating because I'm hungry, not for the sake of it and I'm eating the right amount. I just wish my body would notice and lose weight!
