Grit. I know my weight loss journey will take 6-12 months. There will be good days and hard days. For me the best strategy is to view it as 365 consecutive one day challenges. I think a one day challenge is fairly easy. Take it one day at a time. Eventually, new habits are formed and there is less desire to “cheat”. I have accomplished many long-term goals in the past. This will be another accomplishment and success. Nothing will stop me from exceeding my goal weight. Who wants to join me?

You don’t have to cheat. You can build things that you enjoy into your occasional food plan if you can master portion control and moderation. Weight maintenance is not about deprivation, it is about learning to enjoy some of the food things that bring joy into your life without losing control and eating the whole box.you can do it.
