Hubby cooked a really nice meal for me. He tried to change things here and there--sometimes rice, sometimes more veggies. Tonight he made me veggies and shrimp on top of brown rice. He always makes me 1/2 a cup of rice. I don't know why, but I couldn't finish my dinner tonight. I was making myself sick just trying to finish the shrimp and veggies. In the end I ate all the shrimp, but gave the dogs the rest of the rice and veggies. I think my stomach is beginning to shrink. I can only eat a small amount at a time. I noticed that on Easter. I had to leave some of my food and actually force myself to eat what I did. Sounds like my body needs to pay attention to this and drop some pounds. LOL.
