Just recently got a smart watch to track my workouts and I wanted to know if the amount of calories it says i’ve burnt is accurate.
It took my age, height and weight plus tracks my heart rate during my workouts and also has specific workouts you can pick depending on which you’re doing so I feel like it’s accurate but was shocked when it said i had burned 600 calories!
(I do 30min of weightlifting and 30min incline walking with 5min warm up and 5min cool downs)
