Just recently got a smart watch to track my workouts and I wanted to know if the amount of calories it says i’ve burnt is accurate.

It took my age, height and weight plus tracks my heart rate during my workouts and also has specific workouts you can pick depending on which you’re doing so I feel like it’s accurate but was shocked when it said i had burned 600 calories!

(I do 30min of weightlifting and 30min incline walking with 5min warm up and 5min cool downs)
50 kg 지금까지 감소한: 2.8 kg.    남은양: 0 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

with all that input of hardwork, it sure does make you think twice about eating an itty bitty treat or junk food 😛 I think the watch and the app is going to really help you achieve your goals.

It might be right. I guess it depends on how hard you push yourself. The elliptical machine at my gym, which seems to be a super sophisticated hi-tech machine, tells me that I burn about 370 to 420 cals in 44 minutes depending on the intensity that I use.
