good day fellow friends, I have been off for a year... not gaining any and not losing any, climbing back on to monitor my progress, this app really makes it easy, I was shocked to see my amount of carbs and calories that I consumed yesterday, 1900.. I know now why I am standing still in my weight. well this is me, climbing back on the horse.. lovely to see everyone on here again
