Woke up in the night with horrible indigestion, and now I am so sick to my stomach! I hate when this happens. Anyone know of any good calming foods I could eat that won't make me blow up anymore than I already have? I feel awful. Going to continue drinking my water, but other than that I don't know what else to eat today that won't make it worse.

Have a Zantac. It works for me. better than Tums.

I may need to get that zantac today from Kroger. My husband and daughter were experiencing the same things so I think ti was viral. YUCK! I feel better today, but I am worn out.
