I got up at 6am this morning and last thing I ate was 10pm last night I had some weetbix and eggs I had to fish my daughters bowl. I just fished a 30min strath exercise with my PT and I’m not feeling hungry if I had to I would have a mango and sparkling water but I’m good. Usually Min- we’d is where I’ll strive for the lowest amount of calories and maximum output for exercises and I got to bed before 9pm. Cutting your calories and staying active via exercise and also keeping your mind busy with household or work tasks and if you have kids your day just beginning otherwise your i a good time in your life to get healthy stay up FS Famz I love your journey as it motivates us all.
