Weighing in after participating in social events is always a scary process. On Friday I attended a Passover seder. I brought matzo crack. Don't know what matzo crack is? Let me enlighten you. Combine brown sugar and butter together, melt it down and make caramel. Pour it on top of matzo. Layer that with chocolate chips, and then pecans. Cool and break into pieces. Because you can't stop eating it, it is called crack. I controlled myself, but just barely. Then came another party Saturday night. I was very careful and made sure to not over indulge. The result? Finally broke my plateau and went down 2 pounds. I also met all the mini challenges in the 2 challenges I am participating in. So, all in all, I'd say it was a good week.
