Good drop today...225.2. Feels good...right on the cusp of 8 lbs. gone. Have nothing interesting to do today except shop (hoping to get some good walking time in there also, in addition to doing the elliptical later today). My daughter wants breakfast at Cracker Barrel, so I'll have my standard two scrambled eggs with sourdough whole wheat toast. Planning salmon for dinner. Today should be an easy day...tomorrow is the challenge, a wedding to attend.

Good luck at the wedding!! Make sure you have healthy snacks with you if you want to try to avoid the goodies!! Perhaps decide ahead of time if you will eat cake or not!! Personally? I LOVE wedding cake!! Have a great time and a good day today!! Congrats on your progress ... nice and steady!!! So exciting!!

My leaning right now, as to the wedding cake, is that I may go ahead and sample it but try to limit myself to two bites. I'm not sure what's on the menu foodwise...I think brisket (it's a good old Texas wedding, lol, it has to have brisket). I'll wrangle through it somehow, but I expect I will probably have a temporary spike for a day or two after the wedding...that's why I'm glad to see good decline this week leading up to the wedding, it should still allow me to have an okay loss for the week when I weigh in on Monday.
