I have been eating like crap. I've been broke the last week or so, so I haven't been shopping for healthy groceries and I've been going out to eat. NO GOOD! Things will get better, but not this weekend. Our family runs a cultural camp for kids of Swiss descent and that's where I will be most of the weekend. It will be delicious food, but I'm sure it wont be "good" for me.

ALSO! Brenden and I have been dating for 1 year today! =]

Isn't it a shame that healthy food has to cost so much more than junk? I've noticed my grocery bill soaring since I made the choice to start eating healthier. Good luck this weekend! I understand the dilemma...have a big wedding to attend, where I'm sure none of the choices will be good for me. Have fun though...maybe if you keep active enough at the camp it will offset any negative impact from the food options you have.

Maybe you could use some of that money you are spending going out to eat to buy some healthy food to eat in. But I love to eat out so I understand how much fun it is. One year anniversary, congratulations. :-)
