Probably a bit of a personal question, But whats changed? stress? finances? holiday season? Find the reason fo the binge and you can take it out. its like a weed, you have to get to the root.

I have been binging for months after some personal problems but reading The Whole Body Reset by Stephen Perrine stopped me in my tracks! Lots of Protein recommended. As a vegetarian I was ignoring protein. I'd say if you are binging eat a lot more protein.

As a binge-eater myself, I've found that something must click in YOUR head. Something that might work for someone else, might not work for you. And that's fine - we're all uniquely put together. I've had to make peace with the fact that it will always be part of me and I'm trying to build better habits while I'm on appetite suppressant. I will have to go off it one day - but those habits need to be deeply engraved into my brain & lifestyle by that time.
