Completely lost my appetite when I should have eaten anyway. My stomach was growling, but I just didn't want to eat. Anyone else ever experience this, if so, how do you deal with it? If I don't eat every so often, I get shaky and nauseated, and then I get too hungry. I finally made myself eat a little bit, but I'm not sure I chose the right things?

I get shaky if I don't eat. I try to split my meals and snacks up during the day. This may sound crazy, but if I'm going to have my 19 mini pretzels (110 calories), I'll split them up over three hours. LOL. That way I can snack more and I am still consuming the calories I need. I haven't done very well today because of feeling sick, though.

That is a great idea. I could open one of those bags of pretzels or something and just leave it on the island and grab one every once in a while. I bet that will help a lot. Thanks!!
