This is a weird spike... I do think I know the causes so will be taking immediate action. Part of it is I think I messed up my macros and my protein is too high. So will drop that the next couple of days. Also my digestion isn't going well either, my stomach feels like there's a rock. And nuts...really need to cut back there. So I've "hidden" them. Going to see if these changes help out and see where I am in the next few days/week. I'm also just post-Tom so hormonal changes are also in play. Can't do much about that.
