Feeling really good tonight. My hubby surprised us and wanted to take us out for dinner. One of my daughter's fav's is Panera Bread. I was hesitant, but figured, I'd get a salad. KUDOS to PANERA BREAD!!!! They have the calories right next to every item, every size. I had the smallest l/f black bean soup and the smallest Asian Sesame Salad. I was well under my calories today because I wasn't hungry at lunch (late breakfast and snack), but if calories were a concern, I could have even eaten there for less calories than I did and been healthy. I wish more restaurants were as convenient and concerned as Panera's. They have something for everyone--whether dieting or not. Does anyone else know of any other franchise that does this? I would love to know.

I wish all restaurants would do this on their menus. It really makes it nice. We were able to go out as a family and enjoy without worrying. This definitely makes me want to go back.
