Guess I'm hanging onto those two pounds and went up a tad. I need to exercise to get it off. Calorie wise, I'm doing all that I can. I don't want to be unhealthy. I just need to get exercising. I sit at my job all day, so really need to do something when I get home from work..

I have a sedentary job too. I tell people my job is killing me - and that can be taken more ways than one.

Same here. I sit at a computer all day. I actually went out for a walk during lunch today because it's beautiful outside. Came back with shin splints after twenty minutes (they started before, I forced myself to walk--LOL).
