I think my stomach is starting to shrink--LOL. I bought a large fillet of Salmon thinking I'd be starved tonight. Could only eat about 2/3's, if that. Had some brown rice and literally made myself eat it for the calories. I love rice, but was full. Hope it stays this way, because they were decent portions and I was full. Having my after dinner wine (I intend to cut that out, eventually because I have a glass with dinner) and then it will be coffee time! Calories look okay now. Exercise--is none. I really need to work on that. I love to exercise, but not alone.
