so i'm finally recording my weight again even though i'm seriously bummed out by the number. i'm wearing even smaller sizes and i look smaller but the scale is on another level - so maybe my head just weighs 15 pounds or something. anyway, my training for marathon is going well - increasing miles and endurance and running outside more and more so all of that is good. was on vacation last week, so i really did not record any food entries or check in w/challenges, but i ran everyday, played tennis 3 times, biked every other day, did a canoe trip - etc. so it was very active and my food intake was good as well. i'm also bummed that the site wont let me join any of the challenges that i wanted to get into because they started yesterday, but i will still try and keep up with my entries and my weighins and my strength training work, b/c that is my biggest weakness.
