It’s good to see my weight going down and I was tired in the morning but I’ve got more energy now I didn’t get a chance to do a sunrise workout as it was a bit cold but now I’ve got real good energy and it’s warmer so time to get the body weight exercise out of the way and if anybody is interested there is a fantastic app called FITBOD and it’s good because it generates workouts and easy to log it’s so motivating and user friendly have fun everyone
