I haven’t been active since July… I was away on holiday in August, crazy busy at work in September and October I was trying to catch my breath… I thought I’d pick up al my kgs lost, but yet I managed to keep it down and even losing a few…
I haven’t followed any particular diet or even done that much training…..
I want to however get into a habit of following a healthy diet …so any advise on any diet would be appreciated 🌸 have a good evening!
