I still have the same problem. I can't figure out how many calories I need a day to lose weight. It's a mind block with me. I tend to not eat enough calories when I diet, which may sound good, but then it doesn't help me in the long run. I thought I was being good today by ordering a tuna salad from Pat's Pizza. There was no nutritional information on their site and there was only one other site that had the calories, but that's all--no nutrition (proteins, carbs, etc). The salad is med and large--no weight. So, I went with the Calories I saw on that site--520 calories (I had ordered the medium). That's a lot of calories for one meal (esp lunch) and scared me to death. I try to stay below 200. I'm still full, which is good, because I plan on carrots/celery for dinner if I do get hungry. I like to have one or two glasses of wine on a Friday night since I want to play on my computer or watch a movie.
