Lost a little in a day (0.9). I woke up feeling full. I'm doing a "Squat" challange and did 20 so far this morning. I don't record them because the only exercise for something like that is done in minutes and I just do them here and there throughout the day. They really help. The ladies at work have already finished one cycle and are on their second. I'm doing mine at home--LOL. It's amazing what a difference this one exercise makes in such a short time. It really tones.
