last year November I committed to loosing this weight. I stated off but it went so slowly with a weight at 104 well 103. something. I had chosen to start to take this seriously. so I changed my mind set instead of following some new diet craze I checked my calories by bringing my calories down little by little and still enjoying my meals I finally lost 12 kg still along way to go but setting myself small goals made it easy and not taking away foods but filling myself with liquid kept me full. with all my medical conditions i am really proud of myself. so for now I want to reach 89 kg and 1500 calories.💕
