It seems like I am accomplishing nothing when I plateau like this, but I have to remind myself that by losing only 1 - 2 lbs at a time I have actually lost 28 POUNDS in 3 years!!!! My highest weight was in December of 2019 and I have slowly but steadily lost 28 pounds by keeping at it even when I get discouraged. Yay Me!

You've done it the best way, slow and easy on your body. can't expect to lose 5 lb a week every week. that would not be healthy.
