Didn‘t even follow the directions … Closest thing would be Betty Crocker Sour Cream Coffee Cake. 🎂 Cut sugar by 1/3, crema instead of sour cream, changed ratio on baking soda & powder plus made cake flour from AP flour & corn starch …

When it comes to lasagna, I have a discerning palate. I haven't seen a lot of pasta/cheese dishes in your posts although I would trust yours 😉. Better Crocker Sour Cream Coffee Cake type that you've concocted all by yourself! Hmmm. I believe Gram would welcome you past the 'Big Black Security Door' into her 'magic kitchen'. I will be asking you more about this later, when I get to maintenance 😋

Well, if this is the first cake you have baked in 20 years, it looks like perfection, and like you bake one every day. Like they say, practice makes perfect. Imagine if you made them more often. They’d blow FatSecret up in bits! 🤗🤗

For me Breezy, lasagna noodles are a canvas upon which to create beautiful flavor combos😋 We make lasagna multiple times a year and it‘s rarely the same; always delish. Even the "classics“ had to be invented at one time, right?

Thx wifey 🥰 The problem with making cakes is having to eat them with only 2 people. Perhaps some of this will be frozen. And I do dabble with muffins occassionally but not recently. 🤷♂️

I'm married to an Italian so pasta of some kind is on the menu once a week. I do zoodles if we are having pasta and " gravy" ( as they call sauce) but noodles are a must for stuffing pastas!!👍 Your meal looks so delicious!💜
