The Scale: 7lbs down.... excellent! AND I've hit ONEDERLAND!!!! WoooHoooo!!! And this puts me past the 40lb loss mark, something I've been striving to do for the last month. Quite a bit of this 7lbs was water weight from the weekend before with all the parties. But the rest is from walking, walking, and yep, you guessed it, more walking. Trying to get in 15,000 steps a day, but some days it's only 10,000. It's doing the trick though, cause heaven knows this week I've gone off my plan a wee bit.
NSV: I carry most of my weight on my butt and hips. This makes sitting in some chairs challenging. I've always been weary of some, worrying that I wouldn't fit or I'd break it. I was at a friend's house and she has these chairs that definitely have a weight limit and not built for my wide-load butt. 😁 Well tonight I decided to just give it a try and see if I could fit into one of the small chairs, and I did! Not only did I fit, but it was comfortable. There was no shifting around to try and make my bulk fit, while my circulation was slowly being cut off. I was able to sit in my friend's small chairs at the table with everyone else, comfortablly, with my knees crossed. It is surreal! It's just a normal situation for so many people, but for me it is a huge milestone. It makes the sacrifices worth it.
