This sounds familiar. MattRideGolfRun, the only failure is giving up! What you're calling your failures are actually the steps to getting the success/goal we want. Beating yourself up only makes life miserable (a total waste of time) and can quite possibly give you a heart attack (end your time). Take it from someone who had to learn, the hard way, to chill out and reward myself for my 'learning' experiences while keeping on towards my goal!  

You can do it!

Thanks Chris and Sugarplum ! Great to hear I can motivate people. You know a philosopher named Rumi said "Yesterday, I was clever so I wanted to change the world. Today, I'm wise so I'm changing myself" 

I'm so proud of you Matt, celebrating you my friend🎉 

Just drink water constantly all day, it tricks your tummy into thinking you're full. I get 2 tr bottle in the morning and work through it all day, and start with another 1ltr in the evening. It really will benefit you in lots of ways and improve your health as well as staving off the hunger. 

Matt you've already accomplished great things this year, this is just the cherry on the top Mr. Crusher💪🏾, now can we celebrate🤷🏽‍♀️💃🏽🕺😁
