Just can't get my weight to go back down! Been gyming like my life depends on it and just going up up and away! 🙈

This week I'm going to try do OMAD for the week to see if I can get back down.
69.1 kg 지금까지 감소한: 19 kg.    남은양: 10.1 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

How has OMAD worked for you?

@graieleyz it went well, I was suprised how much energy I had. I did 30 minutes stepper twice a day. I did drank lots of water, so felt perfectly fine. I did lose weight and changed things up a bit which was what I wanted. My week ended with a lot of stress and I binged at the end so couldnt exactly say how much I lost. Not sure if I binged from stress or because I was hungry from OMAD. I used to do it all the time at my old job were I could drink more coffee to get me through the day. Recommend if you want a shock to change things up and you don't intensely gym. Also good if you don't have time to eat 16 times a day or own that many mini lunch boxes to take to work.
