Really happy with scale and with myself, goat meat is proving a treat, ketones now at 1.9 mmol from 1.6 and I am yet to hit the gym. Feeling great, energy is good, I have zero inclination for a cheat meal. Now I just need to focus on my sleep which is terrible.
