I’m stuck in bed with covid and using the time to catch up on some reading. I gave up drinking alcohol some time ago and got wondering what’d happen if I dropped eating sugar? I’m reading Sugar Crush for reasons to stop and Zero Sugar Diet for inspiration on how to do it. 5 days in, my goal is staying healthy, strong and flexible and being comfortable wearing whatever I like will be the cherry on my sugar free cake 🙂
