Still the same as yesterday...fairly disappointed about it. This is one of those times I hate being a woman and having a body that's so influenced by hormones. My eating hasn't really changed at all so really that's an unlikely culprit. I've cut out all extras like fake sugar candies for now. I'm also feeling extra tired at the moment, so I'm wondering if there is a bigger connection. All I can do is ride this out and wait for the drop. I just hope it doesn't peak more.

Ugh, I'm going through the same "womanly thing" at the moment. I'm cold, bloated, easily annoyed and tired. I feel like I'm having cravings and ignoring them too thankfully! You should be fine. I hope you do well on your weight loss goal.

Thanks Meohmy!Being a woman is not always easy... actually it rarely is! hahaha. I'm the same ... right now I have pretty much zero energy, and my eyelids can barely stay open. I'm one of those lucky people that get to see PMS symptoms about 14 days prior to TOM. The funny thing is even though I know the cause and I can keep it rational in my head I can't help but get disappointed and freaked out every month. Good luck as well!

Oh wow, I think my symptoms come 7 days beforehand. I know right. I get the same way too! I'll be like 'ok, Aunt Flo should be coming around these three days.' If it still hasn't, then I'll be like 'ok tomorrow.' And still if not, 'I'm like no way, next week?!?' Then when it FINALLY comes on, it's like 'oh there you go.' Thanks bbosch!

Hahahaha, yup! The joys of the female body! I've looked back at my weight history and do see a trend around half way I always see a spike, then a few days later it will dip again. Having said that no matter how much I know this I still tend to have a minor panic. I'm glad that the spike is now going down again. It's just always annoying to take one step forward and then another step back. Even though it's not any real weight gain at all one can't help it when the numbers are being mean.
