I hurt my back moving flooring on Monday. Went to the Dr Tuesday and a fiasco followed trying to get my prescriptions. So I have done very exercise. It is about to get under my skin. I totally blew off eating well this weekend so the drop on the scale was definitely a nice surprise. I can't wait to start working out again. I was beginning to feel a little like the "old" me.
