UNplanned higher calorie day yesterday. My daughter didn’t think the crime brûlée was perfect, so she’s making another batch for her friend, and she gave me four from the “inferior” batch to bring home. Even though they’re not “to die for,” like they usually are, I helped myself to a second one today. Calories for the day 1,770.

Weight this morning up 2/10 to 230.2. It always lingers around pivotal numbers before settling in.
