So, Zonefitness has a great new app where you can track everything. Your workouts, meals, water, weight. And they have great weekly menus to choose from with recipes and shopping lists. I love it. Got this idea from one of their menus.
Boiled egg, avo, spinach, tomatoes and feta. Was so filling. On wholewheat Blueribbon squares.
