I had a great week of diet and exercising. I'm finally back on my fitness track full force. With the excellent health reports I got from my doctors, I'm focused on getting down to my goal weight, one day at a time. My word and actions for the week is HEALTHY. I am HEALTHY in my mind, body, and spirit.
