Thanks Anne, I don’t know why sometimes tricky times make me turn to the dark side (snacks/wine) but sometimes it makes me more focused. Wish I knew why!

Hi Zoe, I find it really filling. These are two eggs so protein which is filling but also the bit of chilli adds a flavour bomb and I think that is great for making your head fee like you had a satisfying meal.
