Hello there. Boy what a crazy month it has been! I have been able to maintain my weight but the "inches" are growing around my stomach! I had a wake up call over the weekend. Someone snapped a photo of me at a family gathering and I am absolutely upset with myself. I felt fantastic that day and yet...I have this HUGE tire again above my jeans. YUCK! I know what I need to, its just a matter of doing it. I can do this...
