first loss in a long time. I'm back and I'm sticking with it this time. I'm not counting calories and I'm eating all the stuff I normally have and like plus trying to add a few more veggies where I can. I am just making sure I eat intuitively, I have always had the habit of eating way too fast and by the time I realise I feel full I have over eaten by quite a bit. so now I am trying to slow down and try to stop once I'm satisfied not when I'm totally stuffed. taking some supliments as well to help curb the cravings and working out 5 days a week and for once I am sticking with it and am enjoying myself. oh and I am cutting down on my drink which is difficult but notice I said cutting down not cutting out. I have tried cutting it out all together before and it's just not sustainable for me. I can't give up this time!!!!!.......I have to stick with it
