Meal prep for the week - around 1400 calories

- Plain Yoghurt, honey & All bran flakes
-1 x Laughing cow wedge
- Beef Satay and Rice
-Banana
-Boiled egg

Seems like so much food but writing it down seems less 😅 Good luck for a new week everyone!!
