So, this is not a very pretty sight, but, I started gym on 28 August. Scale is not doing much. But the difference is clear. Photos taken 6 weeks apart.

The scale is the biggest deceiver. Trust how strong you're getting and the way your clothes fit. keep going and remember motivation gets us started but consistency makes us finish

You go girl! Keep at it. This morning I wondered if I will make my target. Just the thought of feeling tired all the time , sick and drained put me right back on track. Love the process and enjoy small victories. 🏆

Agreed, don't get caught up with the scale, it can be very frustrating. Go with how you feel and how your clothes fit, especially if you have an exercise program

Hi Leonie, Anybody can and most probably will tell you what you are doing wrong, then, you get the mockers, haters, gossipers and closet group who love to shame. Remind yourself this your journey, your shoes, your SUCCESS. Look in the mirror, lift your chin or the crown tilts. Pat yourself on the back, give yourself a hug.

1) when you venture on a weightloss / Fat loss journey youve got to weigh and measure weighing is done through scale.measuring is done by measuring tape. scale might not be on your side but from what i see is youve lost cm's around your waist line so definitely the measurement has made a difference. 2) Even if you doing it wrong than too whats the fuss as long as youve lost around your wasteline thats an achievement. your 6 weeks of hard work and discipline is showing great results. Hats off keep going 👌
