It has been a hectic week but, I'm hanging in there. I had a great relaxing time with my grandchildren last night and was able to workout and catch up on some paperwork. I'm still eating CLEAN and feeling good about that. I completed working on my meals menu for the next seven days and will cook three days worth tonight. I do better when my meals are pre-cooked. I hate to waste food.
