What is the yellow part there? Eggs, squash, potatoes? What did you put into the ones where it looks like rice maybe? 🤔 This is inspiring. Once I get more room in my freezer I want to start meal prepping! 🤗

looks like chicken with lentils on the left, chicken with black beans-bottom right, and ground beef with black beans-top right? maybe? or maybe it's pork?

Sorry for the late reply. Zanley is correct except at the top it's ground turkey. I measure 8 oz of the chicken & ground turkey plus whatever the beans and lentils have in them to hit high protein with this meal. I'll eat one of these with a salad and fresh lemonade for lunch. Thanks all. I hope this inspired ya'll to meal prep.

Nice! It wouldn't work for me though. The wife and kids don't leave me much room for my stuff in the refrigerators.

I love it. I do the same. I cook chicken breast and sweet potatoes and veggies for the week. Then I add lettuce. It works really well and helps me not to cheat. Great job.

Do you weigh it all out and if so, how much of each do you prep?

I only weight the meat protein 8oz per meal.
