After 16 days in Costa Rica eating at hotel restaurants for most meals, not feeling bad (though slightly jealous of my husband’s effortless 9 lb loss lol). Actually think the loss is more as I felt a difference in my clothes and airplane seat by the end of the trip…muscle composition and water % are showing pretty high so will see what happens when things normalize this week. Regardless, proud of how I managed my eating (enjoyed but controlled), how I tackled hikes in the rainforest and managed to get in and out of small boats for travel and snorkel. Some inflammation in my knee, a few bruises, but I did everything I wanted and it was the vacation of a lifetime 🙂
