in the UK major restaurants now have to put calories on their menus. Certainly focuses your mind when you see how many a yummy pudding is. Just coffee for me please for afters.😩😭

Sadly they are thinking of reversing it. To be fair it is for good reasons such as it being difficult for restraunts that change the menu regularly and worry about those with eating disorders, but it's still sad for us lot losing/maintaining weight :( .

i really hope they don't reverse it. more people should be aware when something is like 2000cals. all our supermarket food has the cals, why shouldn't restaurants

Yes!! I think it should also be part of education from young age, when the habits form.
