Last night was a test...I ate dinner earlier than normal and only had an Atkins bar to eat as a snack. I went out to a movie night at a friends house and there was so much delicious food that I had to use all my will power to ignore it. I did great though but man was I hungry when I got home.

Got up early on this Saturday morning to go Strawberry picking :-)

Picked about 4 pounds of strawberries. Lots of squats to keep grabbing the strawberries since they were so close to the ground. 8oz of strawberries is actually a good amount of food. Although I guess it kinda works that way for most fruit. Lots of outside work to do today.

I've been using strawberries as my "I'm feeling like a glutton" food. I can eat a ton of them and it's usually less than 50 calories! I buy at least four packs when I go to the store...I definitely want to go berry picking this summer...especially for blueberries!
