Still flat, which is pretty good. I was home sick yesterday which meant that while of course I maintained my LC, I ate a lot. Kinda binged out on nuts which of course means my calorie count was higher than logged since I wasn't weighing them out. While I really want to reach my 51-52 weight goal I'm finding the self discipline needed hard at the moment.
