I'm comfortable with my body at this size (finally), so I'm going to bump my goal down to 135 and see what happens. I was able to do a few weight lifting exercises last night (my job is killing me!), so I'll be sneaking in a little here and there. My goal is to get to 17% body fat. Who knows? I never thought I could make it to 25%! LOVE ATKINS! :)
