Just went through my Weight History going back into June. It was interesting to look at the green and red arrows (loss & gain). As it turns out, during EVERY seven-day period, I have one or two days where my weight will be UP on the scale. But, I've lost 24.2 pounds during that time. I'm learning to take the up's in stride, knowing that they are only temporary, and that I'm still making good progress in spite of them. That's comforting, and good for future reference!
