Update on Head Cold; 99% gone; 3/9/15, 8:27pm 10g turmeric, 14g ginger juice; 13g lemon juice, 2 NATRA SLEEP, & 2 calms forte, forehead resting as usual; MODIFIED COLLAR; & lights out at 9pm; feeling much better; woke up at 3:20am, dozed a little but up at 4:50am, almost 6 hours good sleep, slightly troubled dreams (which parallels current book I'm reading), NO PAIN, over 7 hours rest. head cold 99% gone, with that one percent settled into slight congestion at upper chest. No coughing or tickle at night anymore.
