I joined a 6week weight loss challenge and in preparation you drop your calories very low. after two day I develop massive sinus headache and cramping. check in with Dr and I have viral infection. I am on a 3 day course of antibiotics. Dr says whilst I am sick I should up calories. I will start my challenge on Sunday. the eating plan has no processed foods, no bread, rice or pasta. I am drinking 3L of water. any advice to help whilst my body is detoxing?
